In many factories, the worker safety is number one priority especially in a factory that has a danger production, such as chemical factory. If the workers aren’t safe, it will be make the factory loss. Moreover, the government has some rules to guarantee the workers safety. If the workers itself aren’t safety, the factory must be ready to get fine from the government.The factory must prepare the safety tools for the workers, such as safety glasses to keep the eyes from the dangerous things, work gloves to keep hands from the dangerous liquid especially chemical liquid, and safety harnesses to avoid some misunderstandings between leaders and the workers. It can reduce working accidents. Actually there are a lot of safety tools that must be prepared, but the most important tools are those three tools.
Many factories have done those requirements. It can guarantee a safety for the workers that make the workers do their job optimally. The workers also get an insurance to guarantee their safety or maybe their life. In the past, there are a lot of workers get injuries when they work in a factory. The government realizes that and makes a rules dealing with those problems. The factory itself often covers it from the society and the government. Fortunately, the government knows that and starts to make rules which bring back the workers right.
