If we have computer, we will know about the hard drive or sometimes also called as hard disk. Hard drive itself is an information storage unit that used in computer. The hard drive placed inside a computer and holds a large amount of data and programs. Hard drive has a faster writing or reading data than any other storage devices, especially floppy disk or CD-ROM. Besides that, the capacity of hard drive is largest than any other storage devices. This is because hard drive placed in fixed place of computer. This condition also becomes the main reason for people to buy hard disk and make them as the main storage device for their computer.
The decision to make hard disk as the main storage device for your computer is a bad decision. It’s because if the hard drive’s system fail or broken, we can’t use our hard drive again. We will need to meet the mechanics that experience in hard drive data recovery. Although not all of our data will recover, hard drive recovery method is one of many best methods to regain the data in our disk drive.
Hard drive data recovery usually still need another hard drive to back up the data that have been recovered. It’s also takes a long time to fully recover the data. We also have to maintain hard drive physical appearance to make sure that our hard disk still can be use well. If it is in bad condition, we are recommended to change our hard drive before the data in hard drive missing and we need to have data recovery process again. Some people recommended back-up our data using CD-ROM. This is one of efficient methods to save our data from hard disk failure. In other side, data that have been stored in CD can’t corrupt because we can only read the data without change it if we back-up our data in CD-R (readable). CD-R can only write once and can’t re-write again.
